THE INITIATIVE
The Ocean Holyrood Initiative (OHI) is an initiative of the Town of Holyrood which promotes the ocean sector in Newfoundland and Labrador. Through the collaboration of strategic partners, the OHI has established a cold ocean research and innovation hub which allows companies and institutions to complete research, analyze data, and develop products to further enhance the global ocean industry.
The primary goal of the OHI is to enable those engaged in ocean-related activities to have access to cold, clean water in order to develop technologies and techniques that positively affect the ocean sector.

The Blue Ocean Innovation Valley is everything an expanding industrial businesses requires. Explore a large area of prime land for industrial facilities, lay down spaces, warehousing, fabrication, and manufacturing. The industrial park is strategically located for easy access to development sites such as Bull Arm, St. John’s, and Argentia; these tactical locations are just 30-60 minutes via the Trans-Canada Highway.
